What’s been happening:

I married the love of my life almost two years ago. The wedding was right across the street from the White House. DC is such a part of us, and although we're not living there now, we consider it like home. We have the cutest baby boy who is now one year old. He's so much fun and I feel so blessed to have him. We are living in North Carolina where I have been teaching students with behavioral/emotional/learning difficulties. Most of my time has been spent teaching in a school for students who have been in major trouble at school or with the law. There's never a dull moment with them. I have taken the past year off to spend with the baby and am looking to return to work for the next school year of 2009-2010.
